Returns and replacements

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and original packaging.

For hygiene and pet-care reasons, used paw-cleaning products cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a delivery photo, and a photo or short video of the issue.

After review, we may send a replacement, refund the order, or ask for the item to be returned.
